Scope and content: Notes and papers, [1975x1993], of John Stratton relating mainly to Radnorshire, including notes on licensing records, Radnorshire Compensation Committee (1917-1935), 1831 census totals and Queen Anne's Bounty lands; tables of 19th century census returns for Radnorshire, the dioceses of St David's and Hereford and Great Britain, Poor Law payments (1801-1817), agricultural returns (1870-1960) and Tithes commuted and apportioned in Radnorshire; notes from various printed works.
