Administrative and biographical history: The Caerberis estate, Builth Wells, Brecknockshire, including the property of Felin-newydd, Llandefalle, was owned by John Williams Vaughan. In about 1918 he sold it to T. P. Rose Richards who then sold it to the Right Honourable Odo Richard, Baron Swansea, in 1923.
Scope and content: Deeds and other documents relating to the Caerberis and Felin-newydd estates, 1913-1923; maps and plans of the two estates, 1904-1919.
