CONTEXT

Administrative and biographical history: Deeds relating to property in the parish of St. David's, Brecon, Brecknockshire. St. David's church lies west of the town centre of Brecon with the building dating back to 1859. Many of the papers are relating to Maesyberllan Cottage. It was subject to lease from the Jones family to the Pearce family in 1856. In 1901 it was purchased by Thomas Philips. Morgans is a firm of solicitors in Mill Street, Ludlow, Shropshire.
