Scope and content: Deeds and related documents of the Davies family of Newtown relating to Perthygwibedin Farm, Llandinam, and other Montgomeryshire property, 1774-1828; deeds relating to property in Bausley and Criggion owned by the National Westminster Bank, 1700-1949, and British Telecom, 1911-1958; deeds relating to property in Llangynyw, Llanfair Caereinion and Welshpool, Montgomeryshire, 1751-1906; miscellaneous deeds and papers relating to Montgomeryshire, 1734-1875; deeds relating to the property of the Rev. William Morgan (fl. 1825-1858), of Kerry, in Glamorgan and England, 1810-1895; deeds relating to annuities in the will of Henry Peters (d. ), Betchworth, Surrey, 1827-1835; and documents relating to the will of Thomas Davies (d. ), Hyde Park Gardens, Middlesex, 1843-1893.
